Methods of Payment
We accept money orders and cashiers checks made payable to Shannon Saint  Clair LLC. We will ship your merchandise after we receive the check or  money order. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American  Express.


Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve placed on the  same day, please call 954-812-8088 as soon as possible. We’ll do  everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have  already shipped cannot be cancelled.


Jewelry Repairs

If you break your jewelry, and if we can repair or replace the parts,  there is a fee per piece that is missing. Each semi precious stone bead  costs between $3-$15. Diamond pendants prices vary. Restringing a  bracelet or necklace costs $10. Restringing with wire to replace a   broken elastic cord on a bracelet costs an additional $10. A broken or  missing sterling silver or gold plated clasp costs an additional $10 as  well. There is also a$10 shipping fee to ship the item back to you. Plus  there is a 7% tax  applied if shipping to a Florida location.


Shipping and Handling

Items may be shipped out up to 1 week after the date of purchase, provided that the items are in stock.


Standard Delivery  Once the merchandise leaves our  facilities, orders will typically arrive to addresses within the  contiguous United States within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through  Friday, excluding holidays), following receipt of payment.


Express Shipping
Once the merchandise leaves our facilities, orders will typically arrive  to addresses within the contiguous United States within 2 business days  (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), following receipt of  payment.


Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).


Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you want  multiple delivery addresses, you will need to place each order  separately.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase as long as the items have  not been worn, return the unworn item(s) with tags still attached,  within 7 days of the date you received your shipment for a one-time  exchange only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If the tags have  been removed from the clothing or jewelry, and the original packaging  is not shipped back with the return, the return will not be accepted,  and the customer risks losing being able to exchange the item. Any signs  of wear, including scratches, stains, marks, fragrances, perfumes, or  odors on the clothing or other items will forfeit the customer’s right  to exchange the items.  Customers are not allowed to exchange their  purchases more than once. The new item(s) cannot be valued less than the  item(s) you are exchanging. We do not offer cash or credit card  refunds.

To return any unworn or defective purchase by mail:

  1. Please call us at 954-812-8088 and ask for the return mailing address.
  2. Indicate what item you want to exchange it for and we will process  the order upon arrival of the returned items and after we process any  amount due if your exchange item(s) exceeds the value of the return  item(s).
  3. Pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging.
  4. Purchase insurance for the full value of the items in the package you are returning.


Tax policy     We collect applicable sales taxes if your shipping address is in the state of Florida.


Credit Card Safety    Website payments are made  through Paypal.  Over the phone payments are made through Square.   Paypal and Square protect your payments.


CVV (credit card security code)     In an effort to  make your shopping experience as secure as possible, we require that you  give us your credit card’s 3 to 4 digit security code (CVV) and billing  address. Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing  it helps to prevent credit card fraud.
